I find joy and grounding in starting my mornings outside in nature and exploring natural movement, barefoot walking, and journaling as a way of creative expression.
My work is influenced by over two decades of personal exploration across diverse cultures and ways of life:
🌍🌏 From Sweden and Morocco, to South-East Asia and Australia (and now back to Sweden).
🌆 🌱 From fast-paced city life and +12 year career in tech, to slower countryside living.
🤯 🍃 From pushing too hard and living too much in my head, to opening up to body’s wisdom, exploring its innate intelligence and our natural rhythms.
What drives me is curiosity about life: how we reconnect with our human nature and live with more flow, vitality, and full-body presence in modern life.
